Guided by the information you share, I will search the MLS (Multiple Listings Service) for homes that meet your criteria, and you can send me any listings you’ve found that have piqued your interest. We’ll speak and meet regularly to discuss the market, our strategy, and create a list of prospective homes.
Next, we’ll view the homes on our list. Together, we’ll attend showings and take a detail-focussed look at each property with all your wants and needs in mind.
When you’ve found a home that’s the perfect fit, it’s time to make an offer. Together, we’ll use your pre-approved price range, my experience, and all current market data to determine a price that I’ll present to the seller’s agent. I’ll negotiate the best terms, the best timelines, and — best of all — the most seamless purchase process possible.
Once your offer is accepted, I’ll take care of every step of the process that follows. I’ll give you progress reports and support at each stage of the transaction. From forms to financing, you’ll always have my help.
